  Hey folks hows it going ,sorry i'm a bit late getting this episode up was sick as a dog with a really bad chest infection. As if i have'nt been through enough health issues already .Doctor thought it might be pneumonia all i know is that it was a real pain in the ass .Its better now i'm not coughing my guts up as much so i can actually  produce this Podcast.
