  Hey folks whats  happening ,hows everything, whats going on .I actually had a band practice for the first time in over a year over the weekend what with this Covid.Talk about ring rust .I'v been spending most of the time playing Keyboards @ my studio during the lockdown i hardly played Bass.But it was real good to actually get together with other Musicians in a band situation again especially seeing  my Drumming buddy Renanto again ,keeping it tight as ever.I'll have to admit i had become a bit jaded about being in a band situation again what with the politics and the egos and the usual crap where they just waste my time ,i was quite happy just to do Remote Studio Sessions and compose the odd track for another artist which i am still doing ,but i'll admit i did kind of miss playing in a band so i'm in the process of being in 2 bands both with my Drummer .The first one is a Rock thing with this Guitarist ,the practice i had over the weekend .His names Jody and its all ...

  And here we are yet again for another Sterling Podcast episode .I have to mention that a funny thing happened to me over the weekend .It might sound petty but i thought i'd mention it anyways.Friday evening i was driving back from an engagement and when i approached my parking spot ,i found some pratt had parked his or her car in it .Now my parking spot is a reserved parking spot for which i pay extra for so you can imagine my mind set at the thought of not being able to park my car in my own spot .The worse thing is that i could'nt do a thing about it because the office was closed .So i left a brief note on this dick heads car reminding him that he was in a reserved parking spot,my reserved parking spot and that if it was still there in the morning i was going to get it towed .It was gone in the morning.But enough of that .I noticed also that the Italian community was celebrating their win against England in the European Cup Final this afternoon.Good luck to them i say bad l...
